How to make ground beef and rice?
Firstly, to prepare, marinate ground beef with sugar and salt for a more intense flavor. It is then stir-fried in a hot pan until cooked to perfection. Finally, mix egg fried rice and cooked beef along with vegetables all into a pan. Quickly stir-fried to combine all the flavors.
Using frozen mixed vegetables
Frozen mixed vegetables can be used as a substitute for fresh vegetables in beef fried rice. Frozen mixed vegetables are pre-cut, pre-washed, and ready to use. Generally, they contain green peas, carrots, corn, and green beans, which can add color, texture, and nutritional value to the dish.
Although fresh vegetables provide a slightly crisper texture, frozen mixed vegetables can definitely play the same role. They also contribute to the overall flavor and visual appeal of the dish. This is a convenient alternative when fresh vegetables are not available or when you want to save time on preparation.
Feel free to adjust the cooking time accordingly when adding frozen mixed vegetables to the fried rice, as they typically require less time to cook compared to fresh vegetables. Add them towards the end of the stir-frying process to avoid overcooking and ensure they retain their texture and color.
