  1. tried it, it tasted good, but a bit salty because I added too much soy sauce maybe?

    1. You are free adjust the amount of soy sauce, fish sauce or salt. If you would like to reduce the salty taste, drain out the fluid after steaming and drizzle a bit lemon juice on the fish.
