- 1 ciabatta or baguette loaf
- 125 g ½ cup unsalted butter - can replace by 125g (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 15 g ¼ cup parsley or coriander, oregano, thyme... any herb you like.

- Step 1. Preparation. First of all, heat the oven to 200°C (400°F) before doing anything to save time. Leave the butter at room temperature. Mince garlic gloves and chop herbs. Combine softened butter, garlic, and herbs evenly in a small bowl. Add a bit salt & pepper for seasoning.
- Step 2. Cut baguette/ciabatta slices in the shape you prefer the most. You can slice it in half lengthwise or 1 to 2 inches widthwise. Spread them onto an aluminum foil and place on baking sheet.
