Hi, I’m Mia — the voice and hands behind Keep Up Cooking.
I’ve been cooking Vietnamese and other Asian dishes for myself and my loved ones since I was a student. What started as a necessity soon grew into a true passion, and that’s when I created this blog.
All of my recipes are created with a focus on simplicity and a balance between health and deliciousness. I never use MSG, and I typically reduce the amount of sugar compared to standard recipes. My goal is simple: to create food that’s flavorful, authentic, and nourishing—yet still healthy!
